SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY

Classic Compounding Pharmacy likes happy customers! You may return your purchase within 30 days of the purchase/ship date. *See below for eligible items. No refund will be given after the 30 day period. *Prescription Medication is excluded from this policy.* Federal law prohibits the return of prescription medication once it has left this facility. Please contact the pharmacy if there is an issue or discrepancy with your prescription and we'll work with you, with respect to all applicable federal and state laws, to find a solution. 

Refunds

Any returned item must be in its original condition. No refund will be given for open, used, or Final Sale products. If a product is found to be defective, please contact us to discuss a replacement option. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow for a period of up to 14 days for us to process the refund.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for your own shipping costs for returning your item, Shipping costs are non-refundable. All returns must be shipped to Classic Compounding Pharmacy, 1171 US Route 1, York, ME 03909

FAQ - SHIPPING

Q: WHAT CARRIER DO WE USE FOR SHIPPING?

We ship via USPS only. All purchases are shipped as a First-Class package. Shipping time depends on state being shipped to. Most packages arrive in two to three business days, not counting weekends. Expect longer shipping delays during the busy holiday season or due to Covid-19 delays.

Q: WHAT STATES DO YOU SHIP TO?

We currently ship to select states. Maine, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, and Florida. Please contact us for inquiries regarding shipping to states outside those listed.
